Welcome to Mission Ready Wash LLC. By scheduling or receiving services from us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Services Provided

We offer residential and commercial pressure washing, including driveways, patios, fences, siding, and exterior surfaces. Roof cleaning is not provided.

2. Scheduling & Cancellations

Appointments may be rescheduled or canceled with at least 24 hours' notice. Missed appointments or last-minute cancellations may be subject to a fee.

3. Weather Conditions

Services may be rescheduled due to weather (rain, lightning, extreme wind) for safety and quality reasons.

4. Property Requirements

Clients are responsible for:

Clearing the service area of vehicles, furniture, or obstacles

Securing windows, doors, and electrical outlets

Ensuring water access is available

We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or damage caused by unsecured fixtures.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you're not satisfied, let us know within 48 hours and we’ll make it right. This guarantee excludes pre-existing stains or damage not treatable by pressure washing.

6. Liability

Mission Ready Wash LLC is licensed and insured. However, we are not responsible for damages due to fragile surfaces, poor paint adhesion, or surfaces outside the normal scope of power washing.

7. Payments

Payment is due upon completion unless other terms are agreed upon. We accept cash, cards, and digital payments.

8. Use of Photos

Before and after photos may be used for marketing purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.
